Introduction
Gratitude Daily ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
We believe your personal journal entries are private. Our app is designed with privacy as a core principle, and we do not collect, access, or share your journal content.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you use Gratitude Daily, you may create:
- Journal entries with text content

This data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.
Information Collected Automatically
We do not collect any analytics, crash reports, or usage data directly. However:
- Apple may collect: If you've enabled analytics sharing with app developers in your iOS settings, Apple may share anonymized, aggregated analytics about app performance. This data does not contain personal information or journal content.
- StoreKit: When you make a purchase, Apple processes the transaction. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status, not your payment details.
How We Use Your Information
Your journal entries and personal data remain on your device and in your iCloud account. We use this architecture because:
- Your thoughts and gratitude entries are personal and should stay that way
- You maintain complete control over your data
- No account registration is required
- Data syncing happens through your own iCloud account

- Subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
Your data may be shared in limited circumstances:

- With Apple: For iCloud sync (if enabled) and subscription management
- Legal requirements: If required by law, though we have no access to your journal content
